Hello, and welcome! I am so glad you are here.

Many therapists I know became therapists because of their own mental health journey. In my own experience, I was facing major life choices and knew I needed a therapist who wouldn’t push me toward or away from a decision based on their own opinions. Instead, I wanted someone who would help me learn to make the best choices for myself. That experience, combined with growing up aware of underserved populations, inspired me to create Love Counseling.

My primary focus is to celebrate people as they are and empower them to know and trust themselves better. Over the last six years of practice, I have found that, regardless of the method or type of therapy, we are happier, kinder, and more productive when we understand ourselves, our wounds and triggers, our strengths, and our areas for growth. When we work together, you can expect to experience the internal shifts needed to live more confidently and feel more connected to the people you love.

I am passionate about relational dynamics. Because no two people or relationships are the same, I thoughtfully assess each person’s unique experiences and help them strengthen their individuality while growing closer to their partners.

As an ADHD Clinical Services Provider—and a woman with late-diagnosed ADHD myself—I love assessing and supporting ADHD. I provide coaching to help you better understand how to work with your ADHD brain. As I like to say, ADHD is a responsibility, not an excuse. When we understand our strengths and limits, we can hold ourselves accountable and ask for support when needed.

I am also an independent contractor with Trailhead Clinic, where I provide short-term, solution-focused therapy for a variety of mental health diagnoses and collaborate directly with physicians to help ensure you receive the medication support you need.

In addition, I provide coaching and mentoring for business owners in client-based professions. While I don’t claim to be a business expert, I know there are many things I wish I had known when building my practice. I’m happy to share what I’ve learned and connect you with a supportive community.

I am looking forward to meeting you and building something great together!
